Booking Policies

Equipment Pickup
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 3:15p.m.
Holidays (closures will be listed)
All bookings must be made 48 hours prior to equipment pickup. Equipment can be picked up at the CLC Fitness Centre Front Desk.
Equipment Return
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
All gear must be returned in good condition, clean, and disinfected. All pieces of equipment must be checked back in with a CLC Fitness Centre staff member. Renters who return dirty gear will be charged a cleaning fee of $20 per item.

Payment must be made in full at the CLC Fitness Centre front desk prior to equipment pick up. We accept Credit Card, Cheque, and cash.

The renter will be charged daily rental rate, per item, per day for late equipment until the equipment is returned. The renter will be charged for the full retail price of the equipment if it is not returned within 3 weeks of the scheduled due date.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first day's rate.

Please treat CLC Outdoor Centre equipment with care so all members of the community can fully enjoy it!
Renter will be responsible to pay for any damage to the equipment, and to replace the equipment at full retail value if it is lost or stolen. The CLC outdoor Centre does not offer equipment insurance, consider extending coverage on your home insurance to cover loss or damage. Renter with lost or stolen equipment will be charged full retail price.
